En cas de r\u00e9cidive apr\u00e8s l&#8217;imposition d&#8217;une sanction, l&#8217;employeur est tenu d&#8217;opter pour une sanction de niveau sup\u00e9rieur. Il est cependant n\u00e9cessaire de faire r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re sanction accord\u00e9e, en pr\u00e9cisant \u00e9galement la faute commise par le salari\u00e9.
